Full ≠ Focused.

productivity work+life

I went to bed last night wondering what I actually accomplished. I was doing things all day, and felt like there wasn't a whole lot of down-time, but there really wasn't much to show for the whole day spent. As I thought more about it, I realized my day was full, but it wasn't focused . That resulted in the lack of actual accomplishment, but time gone.

Full and focused are two very different things. Channeling your full effort toward one focused objective is like a pressure washer. It's high impact and doesn't take long to get a big job done.

Some days end up just being full. But enough of those pile up, and you're suddenly wondering how years have gone by without progress toward your dreams. Let's try pressure-wash mode and see what we can create.
